What kind of AI leader are you?

Twenty questions. Three hidden scales. Eight possible types. Answer honestly and we’ll work out which one is you, draw your shape, and hand you a card worth posting.

Every submission is saved anonymously. No sign-up, and an email only if you choose to add one at the end.

The eight types

Three scales, two ends each. Pace: move first and learn by using, or prove first and then commit. Lens: when adoption sticks or stalls, look at people or at systems. Scope: improve the work as it is today, or redesign it. Each shape is drawn to scale, and the dashed hexagon marks an even split.

What this is, and what it isn’t

Twenty questions about how you lead, the AI you already use, and how your team takes on change. It’s built to start a conversation about how you and your team take on AI.

It is not a validated psychometric test, and nobody has checked it against how people actually lead. Your type describes how you answered today. Take it again in six months and you might land somewhere else, which would tell you something too.

How it works

Behind the questions sit three scales: Pace, Lens and Scope. Every answer nudges you somewhere along them, and where you land on all three picks your type from the eight.

Your shape is drawn to scale from your answers, so no two people get quite the same one. Take it with your team and you’ll see the differences straight away.

What we keep

Every submission is saved to Highland Willow’s own system: your answers, scores, role and the time, plus a group code or an email only if you add one. We don’t store your name or IP address with your answers.

If you add an email, we link the result to you and may follow up. We use it for ads only if you tick that box. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
