What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short, specific, and written from what this site actually does rather than from a template. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix the page.
At a glance
- Contact form
- Your name, email, and the problem you describe. Business name and phone if you choose to give them.
- Analytics
- Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-7N1M1JKYYX. Pages viewed and rough location. It loads after the page does, not before.
- AI leadership quiz
- Every submission: your answers, scores, role and the time. A group code or an email only if you add one. No name or IP address is stored with your answers.
- Where it lives
- A Frappe Cloud server. Enquiries and quiz answers are stored as records in our own system, not in a third party CRM.
- Selling it
- We do not, and there are no data brokers. Your email is used for our own ads only if you add it to the quiz and tick that box.
- Ask us
- Email and we will send you everything we hold on you, or delete it.
The contact form
When you use the form on the contact page, what you type is stored as a record in our system and a notice appears in our dashboard. One person reads it. We reply.
We keep enquiries so that if you come back in six months we know what you already told us. If you would rather we did not, say so in the message and we will delete it once we have replied.
The form has a hidden field that real people never see. If it gets filled in we assume a machine filled it and we discard the message. That is the only spam check, and there is no puzzle for you to solve.
The AI leadership quiz
The quiz at /tools/ai-leadership-type saves every submission, so we can learn how leaders approach AI. A saved submission holds your answers, your scores, the role you picked and the time. It does not hold your name or your IP address. Our host's server logs record visits to every page, as any website's do.
A group code comes from a workshop facilitator. It adds your answers to that group's live results, which only appear once at least three people have answered, and one group's answers are never shown to another group.
An email is optional. If you add one, we link that submission to you in our records and may follow up about AI adoption. If you also tick the ads box, we may give your email to LinkedIn or Google so they can show you our ads, matched to an account you already have there. Ask us and we stop, and delete it.
Analytics, and what it does not do
Google Analytics tells us which pages people read and roughly where in the world they are. It is how we learn that the journal is worth writing.
It does not know who you are unless you also use the contact form, and we do not connect the two. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session recording or heatmaps. Nothing on this site follows you to another site, except the quiz's ads box above, which only you can tick.
What is not settled yet
Highland Willow is a new practice and says so. We do not yet have a signed data processing agreement to offer clients, and this page is a plain statement of practice rather than a contract. If you need one before you send us anything, say so and we will deal with it properly before you type a word into the form.
Nothing on this page is legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
This page carries the date of the deploy that produced it. We do not keep a version history of it yet, which is a gap we would rather state than hide.
Want a copy of what we hold, or want it gone?
One email does it. We will not ask you why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
